If you're in a hurry and only want to hit the highlights, do this:
1. Confirm your Temperament.
2. Determine whether you prefer Informing or Directing.
3. Choose which interaction style sounds most like you.
4. Decide whether your F energy first goes inward or outward.
5. Consider your tertiary process -- are you drawn to clarifying or nostalgia?
6. Determine which process you use "heroically."
If you do these six things (and they agree), your best-fit type should be obvious. The rest is just gravy. If you write me asking for help to decide which type you are, I'm gonna drill you on these six questions, so you may as well figure them out now and not skip them cuz they're "too hard."
